It's not BETA, it just takes them a few days to update their website (and I don't see any mention of BETA in the release notes). Surely if it was BETA it'd have a "b" somewhere in the file version, like "Firefox Setup 3.0.4b", which is the case with previous BETA versions.

For download any verion of FireFox/SeaMonkey/Thunderbird and over Mozilla Fundation products just go to http://mozilla.org/ then choice Your favorite products and go to "Other languages and operating systems" menu. Then just select needed language fersion for Your operating systems. Or if Your know FTP address go to FTP Mozilla org and use get/ls command for choice needed build/ Any problems? I use FileZilla and download needed me source tarball for compile on my FreeBSD workstation and not have any problems...
